One4all Rewards has announced the launch of an SME Voluntary Benefits Scheme, which will offer small to medium sized businesses guaranteed discounts for staff in 22,000 high street stores.
The scheme is available to SMEs who want to reward and motivate their staff through benefits and incentives to their employees.
The scheme is simple and easy to set up with little administration for businesses; once a company has registered for the scheme, the benefits will be available to all staff.
The Voluntary Benefits Scheme is a flexible employee benefit, allowing employees to purchase gift cards and choose how and when they spend them. Staff at companies who sign up to the scheme will benefit from guaranteed discounts in popular high-street stores and online on fashion, homeware, food and drink.
