LeadingEdge Personnel, a San Antonio staffing agency and employment provider, has announced it has been ranked as one of the Best Places to Work 2014 by the San Antonio Business Journal.
The annual Best Places to Work award highlights companies with the best overall workplaces in the San Antonio area. More than 200 companies were nominated, and only 50, including LeadingEdge Personnel, received recognition.
Best Places to Work award winners are selected based on the results of online confidential surveys completed by the employees of each company. The survey results are assessed by Quantum Workplace (a recognized leader in conducting employment engagement studies) and the 50 companies with the best scores receive the award.
LeadingEdge Personnel has a long history of employee satisfaction. 2014 marks the 5th consecutive year LeadingEdge Personnel has earned the Best Places to Work award.
LeadingEdge Personnel attributes this satisfaction to many factors; including the excellent benefits they offer. LeadingEdge Personnel currently provides all employees with paid holidays, longevity bonuses, satisfying pay, and the option for health insurance. Offering these types of benefits alone sets the company apart from many of its staffing industry peers.
LeadingEdge Personnel also credits their employee’s high level of satisfaction to the positive and encouraging work culture the company maintains. From offering free training courses for employees looking to sharpen or advance their skills to giving employees the option to participate in incentive programs, LeadingEdge strives to help employees better themselves and become the best possible candidate for later job placement.
LeadingEdge Personnel, along with 49 other top San Antonio companies, will be recognized for this achievement in a special publication of the San Antonio Business Journal and at an awards luncheon held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country. The order of finish for all the finalists in each of the three categories (based on the number of employees) will be revealed at that event.
