A straight office desk combined with an ergonomic chair  is a great way to improve your posture and reduce back pain. If you spend long hours typing on a keyboard, consider using an ergonomic keyboard to minimise stress on your hands and wrists.

Be Vigilant: Be sure you notice danger signs such as wet floors, cluttered work areas, or loose carpeting. These hazards can lead to slips and falls. If you see a potential hazard, take steps to fix the problem or avoid the area altogether.
