Use proper posture: Slouching in your chair can lead to back pain and neck pain. Instead, sit up straight and use an ergonomic chair that supports your back.

Lift properly: If you have to lift heavy objects, use proper technique. Bend at the knees and keep the object close to your body. Avoid twisting or turning your body while lifting.

Adjust your workstation: Make sure your computer screen is at eye level and that you have enough space to move around freely. Use an ergonomic keyboard and mouse to reduce stress on your hands and wrists.

Take care of your eyes: If you spend long hours staring at a computer screen, take breaks to rest your eyes. Blink often and use artificial tears if your eyes feel dry.

Invest In Proper Office Furniture: One of the best ways to prevent office injuries is to use proper office furniture. A straight office desk combined with an ergonomic chair  is a great way to improve your posture and reduce back pain. If you spend long hours typing on a keyboard, consider using an ergonomic keyboard to minimise stress on your hands and wrists.

Be Vigilant: Be sure you notice danger signs such as wet floors, cluttered work areas, or loose carpeting. These hazards can lead to slips and falls. If you see a potential hazard, take steps to fix the problem or avoid the area altogether.

Office injuries are a common problem for workers who spend long hours sitting at a desk. Neck pain, back pain, eye strain, and repetitive strain injuries are the most common office injuries. You can do several things to avoid office injuries, including taking breaks, stretching, proper posture, and investing in appropriate office furniture. Being vigilant about potential hazards in your work area is also essential. If you experience an injury, be sure to seek medical attention as soon as possible.
